What is Life Coaching?

Life coaching is your opportunity to find the life that you want.

Life coaching offers you a safe, yet challenging environment for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions and work out what it is that’s holding you back, the changes you want to make and the results you want to achieve.

What is NLP?

NLP, as founded by John Grinder and Richard Bandler in the early 1970s, is taken from their study of human excellence.

The key elements of NLP are the ways in which we internally transform the information we receive from the outside world through our senses and then use this transformation to create our reality.

Neuro – The nervous system (the mind) through which our experience is processed, how we re-present the world to ourselves via our five senses:
  • Visual (sight)
  • Auditory (sound)
  • Kinaesthetic (touch/feel)
  • Olfactory (smell)
  • Gustatory (taste)

Linguistic – Language and other non-verbal communication systems, through which our neural representations are coded, ordered and given meaning, including:

  • Pictures
  • Sounds
  • Feelings
  • Smells
  • Tastes
  • Words (self-talk)

Programming – Communicating with ourselves and with others to achieve what we want.

In other words, Neuro-Linguistic Programming is how to use the language of the mind to consistently achieve our specific and desired outcomes.

What is LOA?

The Law of Attraction has been written about widely since the turn of the 20th Century and has references as far back as the bible.

The Law of Attraction is based on a theory and belief that like attracts like. By focusing on positive or negative thoughts or feelings you can bring about positive or negative results.

The Law of Attraction is all about feeling good. Fill your thoughts, words and energies with positivity and possibility, know what it is you want and then allow the universe to take care of the rest.
